Click on %26quot;Mail Options%26quot;
Click on %26quot;Signature%26quot;
Enter the signature you want to appear
If you want your signature Click on %26quot;Add Signature to all outgoing messages %26quot; If you do not then do not check this if it is checked remove the check.
Click on “Save”
